How to rent with us?

You can browse our website to find the products that you need for your laboratory. You can go to our Contact Us page to fill up your details and the laboratory equipment that you need. We will follow up with you by email with the details on the availability and rental agreement.

How long will it take to rent from us?

It depends on the availability of the products chosen for rental. If available, we strive to deliver the product to you within 4 working days. Lead time could be faster depending on the product handover method.

How do we check the delivery status of rental products?

We will share with you the tracking numbers of the products once you have signed the rental agreement. We can discuss which courier service is suitable for the product and destination location.

Which region do you provide the rental services?

At the moment, we will start with laboratories around the Klang Valley area. We look forward to serving other regions in Malaysia in the near future. Please contact us directly if you are out Klang Valley area, we will see what we can do to help find your laboratory equipment.

How do we check the rental status?

There are several ways to reach out to us to check the status of your rental. From our side, we will email and call to remind you if your product rental is within 14 days due. We stick labels with QR codes on the equipment as well if you want to check more details about the product and your rental agreement.
